Will you be my Valentine?
Children sit in a circle, choose one child to go first. While the rest sing the song the first child walks around the inside of the circle and then picks a special friend to dance with.
Who will be my Valentine, Valentine, Valentine?
Who will be my Valentine,
On Valentine's Day?
Child's name will be your Valentine, Valentine, Valentine.
Child's name will be your Valentine,
On Valentine's Day.

Wave your valentine in the air.
Put your valentine
On your [nose].
Put your valentine

Repeat the last verse, replacing the underlined word with other body part words in turn, such as head, arm, and foot. Provide each child with a construction paper heart. Then have your youngsters sing the song and follow the directions given.
